Kenny, I am surprised by your initial offer. They started us at $750/acre at 12%. We did accept at $1500 at 16% for 5 years. We could see where things were heading and feel there will be another lease in 5 years. Our neighbors were holding out for $5000 and I just laughed at them. We are located off The Goose Rd. Don't know if you are close to there. Good luck on whatever you decide.
