Kevin,  I have 40 acres in Washington County in the wet gas corridor where a couple of companies are signing acreage. On a call with lawyers on Monday I asked a question about how much a market enhance clause might deduct from royalties and they answered it may drop to 17%. In one of your posts you suggested about 16%. Can you tell me how you calculated that? Do you know if dropping to 16% is typical? I get that the amount of deduction is dependent on what materials are produced and cracked. I'm just trying to decide if signing a market enhance clause with language nearly identical to yours is safe. Thanks!
