The impoundment was built for a well that was drilled on my property  about 9 months ago...they plan on 5 future wells on that pad plus another site with 6 wells in which the pond will be used for fraccing...

  The amount of tanker traffic it took to fill the pond was rediculous...figure at least 800 truck loads total 24/7 non stop (4m). They applied for a permit to fill via "a local river" with piping...def would save them from rebuilding our road again.

  The well was turned in line 2 weeks ago ... supposedly the expectations on this well is great. No condensates in my area tho like you guys.

  Are you leased with anyone yet ? If so give them a call...

   The DEP pretty much approves waters ources for gas companies here in pa. I doubt they would know much how it works in ohio, but I can ask when I talk to them .
