I have been involved in oil and gas since 1970 in Washington and Greene Counties, Pa. recently I have seen wells completed on our family farm and am now receiving payments from the joint ownership of Noble and CNX. I have questions about BTU value of the gas and wonder why CNX pays the Btu value while Noble only pays the cubic feet produced.
