Have 75 acres in Harrison County WV. The old lease from 1956 resulted in shallow well that got capped in 1964. Now Dominion uses CW644 for storage near a pumping station. I want a new lease for Marcellus. Can I get one? What should I ask for as lease bonus and royalty percentage?
