"I have been approached by R&S Operating. I'm 3-4 miles north of Dellroy. The offer is variable but has a very low sign on bonus for any of the royalty options:1/8 royalty w/ $500/acre, 3/16 royalty w/ $375/acre or 1/5 royalty w/ $350/acre."

Steve,

   I was going to respond to the "criticism" of our choke dialog. However, I've seen these issues degenerate into "*issing contests" and decided to hold my tongue (fingers in this case!). 

  Anyway, I'm an engineer and businessman (in addition to a Utica lessor). My interest is to learn and absorb as much technical information as possible about all things Utica. I feel as if I'm pretty up to speed as I've been in this mode about two years.
