I am one of many, who have leased mineral rights in Tyler County, and continue to research the area and the industry. The Process it seems favors all the oil companies and not the families. If anyone approaches you To Lease Mineral Rights Quickly or you will miss out with the other heirs ... relax and take your time. You won't miss out. Just make sure you have an Heirship Form recorded with the County. I am part of the Buck Family from Buck Run in Tyler Country, Lincoln District. It's all a mess ... but Welcome !! This is a good site. Keith has done a great job providing a platform in which to share information.

Hi Suzy! I wish I knew the answer to every question... :) I don't and that's why we created the website. Our sites cover LA, MS, TX, PA, OH, WV, NY, AR so we depend on people sharing. We have a conversation and people learn from each other. If you have a specific question, the best bet is going to the county you live in, If it's general, posting in the main forum on the homepage is the best bet.
