- A property owner in Heather Hills in close proximity to well bores or permitted wells from the Kahle pad, Minch pad, Gantzer pad, and Whg Park Commission pad. Recently we received a letter from Red Sky on behalf of Chesapeake concerning mineral rights. This is the third time we have been contacted….each time by a different land management company representing different energy companies. Just want to educate ourselves to enable us to make the best choices when it comes to signing a lease agreement.
