Hello Clyde. Enterprise sent me a letter a few weeks back and I spoke with them on the phone. They were at my two of my neighbors and surveyed one of my neighbors entire property not just were the pipeline runs. Their existing line runs along one side of my land but is not on my land. Depending on how wide they want to make an easement they might encroach on me. There is an old haul road that runs through the back of my and my neighbors property that they have stated they want to use. They claim within the next 6 months they will start building a new road there and start construction of the pipeline. Do you think they should compensate the landowners for using the road or should we just be happy they are fixing it up. Let me know how your meeting goes with them. Scott,
