Introduce Yourself
Met a land owner while looking at some leases that we are a partner in, in Somerset County Pa. Had a casual conversation with him. He took time for the conversation while walking his dog. He was very well informed about the oil & gas business and the environment. He had a parcel of land of about 5 acres that he was getting ready to lease and his main concern was his well water, which if I were he, I would want to make sure was protected.
