We own 23 acres in Wheeling twp. We sold 50 acres to people in Cleveland..they are on board to sign with Landowners group..however all the other landowners surrounding us...and they own a lot of land..are totally unresponsive to signing ANY lease with anyone.  where does that leave us? Our one neighbor has a producing gas well already with Kimball, so he's tied up and can't really do anything. does anyone have answers to this dilemma?
