I was recently approached by CHK to put a water line through my property that would service a well on my property and others. Anybody have any experience with water right of way agreements?

Comment by David Wargo on June 1, 2012 at 6:53am Chesapeake has a temporary two year water pipeline agreement. It is to lay a 16 inch plastic pipe on top of ground to supply water during fracking and it can only be in place for 180 days. If they need to relay, they will pay the $3 rate per foot again. Add any addendums that you deem necessary.
