Champion Township, probably around the center of the county.  A little Southwest I guess...

Not necessarily, these are offers to buy the land. However, it is not listed for sale. I am attempting to discover the reason for so many offers. I called and spoke with several of the companies, and they would not provide any real info. A generic response that my land meets the criteria they are looking for. Several have increased the offers and continue to follow up after I have stated I am not interested in selling at this time. Attempting to understand where the demand is coming from, I am hoping it is for the natural gas...

I have been receiving multiple offers for vacant land also. None of it is listed for sale. I haven't followed up on any of them, as I was concerned about scams, but they have been steadily increasing in value offered. Rock, do you feel that the people that you spoke to were legitimate? I know that there's no way of knowing for sure, but what was your general feeling. I also wondered about mineral rights being the focus. Massive amounts of energy will be needed for these Data centers that are being planned and built. I am also center of county, but a little SE.
