Trumbull County has been a ghost town for years now after BP pulled out. Has anyone heard of any new developments? I have received over 20 unsolicited offers to purchase my vacant land in the last 6 months. When I called no one would provide any details outside of "it fit what they were looking for..." I questioned any Natural Gas ties, but none would confirm that possibility.

I called and spoke with several of the companies, and they would not provide any real info. A generic response that my land meets the criteria they are looking for. Several have increased the offers and continue to follow up after I have stated I am not interested in selling at this time. Attempting to understand where the demand is coming from, I am hoping it is for the natural gas...
