Landowners want to much money for an undeveloped area and companies have pulled out.... Landowners that waited wont be seeing what they wanted now.....

Undeveloped meaning that there are no horizontal wells dug that would make the area a developed play. This is all wildcat area meaning that it is not tested or proven, a gamble...
