- We have acreage in Belmont County that was leased to oxford oil in 07. They drilled a shallow well that produces practically nothing. We are currently negotiating with eclipse to amend the lease and have also been approached by various parties interested in buying our mineral rights. I am especially interested in: 1) what others in our situation have been able to work out with eclipse, 2 How much are existing well in the area producing
