- 67 acres, under production for vertical well. Leased with wilkes, drilled by Vista for Wilkes. small checks from vista ( bigger oil checks every 4 months). Current lease ( old) allows pooling up to 165 acres only. O/G company agent approached us to resign new lease allowing unitization which we did not sign. Trying to get more than 12.5%
