I own 124 acres in Westland Twp..leased to oxford/eclipse with a producing vertical well..Landman for them says I need to sign lease amendment..royalty would be increased from 12% to17%,would pay me 30,000. for a well pad,..and as an incentive, 250.00 dollars per acre..after reading what others have to say, I'm very skeptical about signing this lease..
