- We already had a lease with shell ( no bonus payment) and last year they came to the farm begging us to put a well on - offered us more money than normal because it would be close to the house. They surveyed and we have a map and we said yes, then never heard another thing. Finally just heard we have been transferred to Hilcorp and now we know nothing. Trying to find out what is going on.
