I have interest in shallow wells in greenwood twp, across thr river and up the hill from Dimmicks garage. Our royality checks had been comming from Petroleum Development Corp.., we recieved a letter dated 2/24/2010 indicating that PDC had entered into a joint venture with a company called Lime Rock Partners to form PDC Mountaineer. The go on to say " This new company is principally focused on growth and development in the Marcellus shale region of WV and PA. I will let you know if I hear more, hang in there.
