I think the meeting may have had something about the longivity  in the area. Some of the truckers were concerned about their jobs. And how long this marcellus  drilling program would last.  In other words, would the entire thing dry up leaving local truckers high and dry in a few weeks or months.  But I cant be sure if that was the purpose of the meeting or there even was a meeting held.  Just a bunch of truckers talking in a diner.

Bill, my man is a driver and the meetings were probably about laying low..Penn Dot did their checks this wk. and people may have noticed, lots of pull overs, and less trucks on the road. They were fining people left and right. Many companies took the opportunity to take care of their vehicles and fix things at the shops..The check was suppose to be for 3days and ended up being five.
