Permalink Reply by randall gottus on July 15, 2011 at 12:02pm first...just curious...was that the property that was sold as 39 acres, then surveyed to be 33 acres, to be put back on the market..with Creekbottom Road or Porter Road cutting thru it/fronting Windy Point Road, near the county line between Butler and Venango? Secondly...there is a group in that area, and also a company that is looking for leases in that area. Details are in the earlier discussions here. What is new.... is that ,this morning, forced pooling has or is in the process of happening. I never saw it coming until I read the news three hours ago.

It was listed with John Caper angency and we bought it about 5 years ago. I have heard it was listed prior to the survey.
