for over by the railroad rides just north of the route 6 junction/287? I thought they were for storage of that white sand. But not I think they might be for new water or even for the contaminated refuse. there is about 8 or ten of them standing tall next to the railroad track.

the silos are for sand , the sand used in fracking does not stick together like playground sand , so it moves out of the silo easily. Went by the area today, and saw the foundation of what is to be a large water storage tank, I heard shell is putting it in. It will be closer to 287 in front of the sand silos. I have a customer who wanted to build a few more rentals a little closer to rt 6 and was told no building was allowed in the area because it was flood plain. I heard the companies doing the sand and water towers used some old federal railroad act law to avoid restrictions and local permits. The contaminated drilling refuse gets dumped in pit closer to rt 6 and than loaded onto train.
I thank you all for taking time to make comments and to enlighten us all.
