Permalink Reply by Doc on August 29, 2011 at 9:02am They are now signing land in Belmont for Chesapeake using the standard "Chesapeake" lease with the potential for an land-owner appendix similar to the large groups in Harrison. The lease is with Chesapeake not DPS-PENN. Need to verify terms. $3800 / Acre and 17.5% Setting up a meeting to learn more about terms. Interesting since we have been talking directly to Chesapeake for several weeks at considerably lower terms.
