we have about 200 acres in dunbar with lease offer but not sure we like the terms. . any other companies leasing in fayette?

With 200 acres you will be in a strong position to negotiate the terms.  In my experience negotiating with the drilling comanies there is usually some play in the joints although they sometimes start negotiations with the "take it or leave it" stance.

I could not agree more.  The biggest mistake that many landowers make is that they rush into this.  If your land is mineral rich, the drilling companies will be interested and that interest won't go away.
