they want to lay a pipeline across my property in Brackney, pa, susq. cty.
r people here saying as much as $6,500 per acre for laying pipeline? OR was that for drill lease?
they'll also pay for logging…
anyone want to chime in on these subjects?

I don't know of any recent offers. My parents dealt with Williams this past summer & they went through the Clark Law Firm for the paperwork & to look over the agreement. Attny Clark is familiar with Williams & was able to get my parents a little bit more $ and put some language in the contract to better protect my parents. I suggest before signing anything have a lawyer review it. They usually know the going rate, etc.
