lease offers ? Smith-Goshen group

Dose anyone  know what some of the offers have been to he Smith-Goshen group?

I know there are a lot of companies that have been making offers.

The Smith-Goshen Group's appointed committee has been in discussions with several companies.   For obvious reasons the details of those discussions have been kept confidential.   The group is updated on a regular basis at a high level as to the where the group is in the process.  Its a solid group with level headed leadership.  Since this is a "not for profit" landowner volunteer group,  the only motivation is a successfull negotiation that benefits the entire group as a whole.  What township are you in?

Dave,  I own land in washington twsp Belmont County.  Does the Smith-Goshen group cover this area?  Or do you know of another group in that area?  I am trying to catch up on all things that are going on.

The only other group I know of in the area is run by a land agent who takes a significant fee for representation.

Finnbear, Are you free to disclose who Mr Olivieri represents? I noticed he just appeared on a number of county sites. From his posts it would appear he is a landman.
