Recent ALOV signing in Belmont?

Does anyone here know the details of the recent (early Nov 2011) ALOV lease signing? This included landowners in Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Harrison, Jefferson, and Mahoning counties. It was supposedly 25,000 acres and $5800/20%. Does anyone have a copy of this lease?

The $5100 offer was negotiated by Des Wertheimer.

The $5800 offer was negotiated by Bob Rea/ALOV/Buckeye Mineral Development.

There may be differences in the two leases that account for some of the difference. Some of it may be due to the negotiator also.

Finnbear, FYI. I caught wind of a $6100.00/ac figure offered by CHK to someone in Jefferson Co. within the past week. I have no other details on the offer at this time.
