Thanks, yes we are in ALOV. I can wait, it would not be the end of the world if we don't get what the land is worth. Good things come to those who wait. I just don't like being kept in the dark. ALOV  seems to be the best thing going on right now. What the others are offering is not fair, but then we are not living in a fair world. Thanks Paul
