Billy, that amount sure looked good...hoped you were talking NG instead but I couldn't quite figure our how to convert it (though it is online).

but I figured he must be talking oil by the barrel...perhaps they will drill for oil on the land also.

you get paid on the oil, gas, and ngl.  all three will be broken down separately within your stub.
