I know alot of folks have got their lease checks recently,and more are expected anyday,but I dont think any are from Shell yet. unless you know sometimes the rest of us dont. About all of the bank drafts Shell wrote out back in Oct. had 120 "banking" days to get honored. That would be April. If they are getting people paid now,they must want to get drilling! There's a rumer going around that shell is no longer interested here,pulling out & selling their signed leases to another co? Hope that IS just  a rumer. With their cracker plant being built close; you'd think they wouldnt want to buy from others. Just the opposite may be the case, Shell may be the ones buying out the other's leases.

Hope they are still not waiting for the Real Deal landman Des, I hear another of his announced done deals, Money agreed on Lease agreed on Guarantee done real deal that we will start signing leases in a couple days, just disappeared in his smoke & mirrors again. I think thats his 5th done deal that never materialized and all when another group was closing and signing real leases, But whos counting.

Micheal do you own land that you are trying to lease ? I remember you , you are the fella that jumped on board and back several months ago and told us we could buy a 

" cement pond - swimming pool " like we were a bunch of dumb hillbillies  . 

Mike if you don't own land that you would like to lease maybe you should jump into that 

" cement pond " and let the land owners use this site for  what it was designed for ,

oh by the way I mean a cement pond !

I think  we know what a  swimming pool is there fella but next time I see  OLE JED I'll tell him you said HI .

Mike thank you for responding , sounds like we have a lot in common .

I know first hand what it's like to have bad apples on your land that will tell you anything that you want to hear until they lease your land .

There is a site called Landman report card   that will tell you about different 

o-g companies bull crap that they have pulled on land owners and rate them , you will be surprised at some of the names on this list . 

The jerks that stuck it to me are on the list .

My land took a long time to get and they trashed it .

SCORCHED EARTH !!!

Is Dave Hill the Dave Hill that was with Alliance petroleum , I'm a little confused Mike are you a land owner and a land man ?

take a chill pill!

I never have posted anything on this site before and have watched you badger michael belaj for the past couple of days!

You really should take him up on his offer and meet with him.

He is not a "landman" and actually does know and understand what he is talking about with this oil and gas play!

He has helped alot of people out including myself! I am not from ohio but I do own some land in two different counties in ohio!

He himself has done alot to help me, from keeping me up too date and searching my titles and has never made a dime off of me!

He does not spread rumors and he is in touch with actual drillers on a weekly basis!

You aint worth the time!

He is a business man and helped people who needed the money when he helped them get leased! Is it a crime when he got people the going rate for a lease??

Its america and people are allowed to make a profit!!!

And as far as not the brightest bulb on the tree I never made a claim that I was, but if you want to compare bank accounts and assets I am game!!!!!!

So ur so smart and think I am a land man and am helping him out?

Look me up big mouth and you will see I have nothing to do with leasing or any way involved with any flippers!

Just a land owner who wants a fair price and lease!

cobra, you must have been hurt bad, real bad.. So sorry for you, NOT.

I'm considering starting a discussion where post will have to be approved via a friends list. the bulling and ranting need to go, so distracting and worthless.

Anyone interested in a real oil and gas discussion?

good call the cyberbully is a distraction

however it is hilarious some of these people that hide behind 2 or 3 address's and pretend to talk with each other,reminds of the mutiple personality disorders......

  

and (my favorite) the one who uses the cryptic responses and plays the short answer don't know how to type 

I would say cobra was the one who got the most swirlys in high school

I follow him strictly for the humor clearly not the wisdom....
