         Just found a Northwest Monroe County Land Owners group,any other members in my neck of the woods??Im in the north/western most corner of Monroe County.

Yes Mark Litterally hundreds of people signed it in the last 3 days! I saw the lease. It was even reported in the paper & posted on here Anterro signs 19,000 acres and my guess is they signed 30,000 and have another 30,000 acres waiting to see if they will be accepted

My buddy signed yesterday at those prices and even walked away with a check for 1,000 bec they are giving a $10 acre upfront signing bonus in addition to the 5,900.
