maybe that will make them return to the original Lessor's lands and start producing...they have been so involved in the sales of the leases (especially to foreign countries) at like 14k per acre when they paid you only about 2k if that...
then if they actually do get production in progress maybe more will be happier out there in Marcellus land.
When the govt. debt ceiling so-called crisis first embroiled the congress and adminastration, someone put a chart up showing business debt and borrowing compared to assets and profits on the news. I don't remember much of the chart but Caterpillar borrowed 50 times thier net profit each year as a fairly effective business plan.
