We have gotten contacted a number of times but we aren't interested at this point. As Larry pointed out, the offers have been low. It appears to mostly be trolling for folks looking to get a quick buck and/or who don't understand the value of the rights.

Folks around here have sold to Chesapeke---including myself-----they are paying a nice amount, seem to be reputable and have at least a stated concern for the land. As for selling your royalty rights-----I'd hold on to them if it were me----you never know.

Are you speaking of persons other than representatives of DPS Penn? I haven't heard personally of solicitation, but it is likely to follow. I would be interested in hearing the nature of "the offer"..
