You might ask why lease? Could you be in a area where gold has been found? I live in Ohio and looking back at historical records gold was found in my area. Not much but it was found. Of course in my area pioneers where to busy building a log home fighting Indians to be playing in a creek. The finds did not bring the Gold Rush but I often wondered how much the government propaganda was placed upon gold in Calif and was designed to fully expand America from sea to sea. In Calif, it was warm they lived in tents and of course the more that looked the more gold was found as well.
Not really the answer you were looking for but here is another limestone a LOT will be required could you lease the land for a quarry? What about the lands lay? Would a good sized pond be able to be built for a water supply for fracking in a area where water would be rather hard to come by? A few ideas.
