Lease Activity in Warren County, PA?

Does anyone know of any leasing activity going on in Warren County, PA?  I can't find much in the way of leasing information out there.  Thanks.

what u want to know.  I know who drilled and what there after which formations. maybe when they will frack it.

there actual two up there one north going on hall hill.

Thanks for replying, Myles. Activity is just starting in Warren Co, so knowing who drilled, which formation, and when fracking is all helpful.

Rhinestreet horizontal and utica horizontal.  Company is exon/pge is the company on old nation forge property and permit for another on hull hill. anything you here will help all so please share in the future.

Thanks again Myles. That's only a few miles from my property near Russell, PA.  Do you know of any landowner coalitions forming in Warren Co?

So these wells have been drilled, but not yet had the completions work done to them? When do they plan to frack them? What else do you know about them? So exon and pge did a joint venture on them?

just the ones been drill secound they have existing oil leases.  I think 1000 dollars was paid and 20 percent royalties. Frack this summer on the youngsville well. thats what i heard from a source.

Just wondering if there was any recent activity in  Warren County? Any groups? A friend of mine has land up there!

Yes in youngsville and hull hill. And they just leased another 800acrees behind the well in youngsville Exon and chesepeke are up there competeing I heard.  I heard there a texas man up there two looking to buy everything.  Will not say who he is working for what company.

Does anyone have any information on the status of the wells being drilled in Warren County PA, particularly the horizontal wells around Youngsville and Hull Hill?

I did not know about the Hull Hill well. The well near the Forge was drilled. They were there for a couple or three weeks in March. I don't knowif it was fracked.

The big propector in Warren/Forest and Elk has been Shell. They have made or are developing about five huge location with multiple permits. The one near the Water Pump Station near the Dam has been permitted for 10 wells. The location on 666 near Mayburg 9 wells, they have permitted 10 wells near the Dump in McKean, they have a huge location on the Blue Jay Road to Abraxis, and have done top hole work on a location over in Buzzard Swamp Forest.

 

IF I am reading the codes right they are pemitting Utica, Marcellus, and Devonian (probably Rhinestreet and Geneseo)
