Do you suppose this is why the Cheseapeake suits were all here last week in the helicopter caravan?  Very curious to the location of this new plant...  The Hanoverton zip may catch Summitcrest property.  Perhaps that is why they dined with the Johnson's?

I am sure that had something to do with the visit.  I believe Summitville Tile and Summitcrest Farm are separate business entities and have been for at least one full generation.  One brother had the company, the other the farm.   As of recently Summitcrest is defunct- I believe it was financial.     I am sure the lawsuit had the area on the CHK radar and perhaps was a lead in to a suitable location with land available.  

It's all interesting to me.   Holy Smokes this is huge.

Congratulations Columbiana County.  This will be a huge boost to your economy!! I had posted a comment on the Carroll County site stating that Carroll County needed to be working @ enticing business there (planning Commission, County Commissioners and/or land owners) so that not just those of us w/ land can benefit from this oil/gas Godsend, but the county as-a-whole.  Looks like Columbiana County has started that idea. WOW, $900 billion!! Let's hope all the surrounding counties follow your lead.  -  Denver

 Actually only a $900 million complex but still very impressive.

 Columbiana County and the Hanoverton area really needs this and more  !

Utica, Thanks for the information.  I was wondering if Carroll County benefits from the pipeline running through it.  I know the landowners will be paid (doesn't effect me because my land is on the other side of the county), but I wondered if Carroll County benefits from any tax revenue and/or long lasting jobs.  I'm very happy for Columbiana and Harrison Counties (like all the counties in the area they need this) just wondering how Carroll County does.  -  Denver
