on Friday 3/23/12 on Laurel Lake road near Tripp Road in Brackney, PA (susq. cty.) there was an environmental company known for their clean up of toxic spills/contamination.
i witnessed the trucks there, etc.
the company working there was "Equipment Transport" from Great Bend (& carlisle, pa).
that's all i know right now.
anyone hear/see anything more?

they were "working" on the small pond there. think they've been using some of that for water.
I can imagine tomorrow's headline:
1,000 ml of Oil Spilled, details at Ten!
(1000 ml is about a quart, but they will not tell you that)
