I looked over the presentation and from what I can gather it looks like everything wet to oil has shifted to the west on the maps??? If you look at page 24 the buell well has only 5% wellhead liquids but some others have over 49% well head liquids yet in the few reports of well production that have come out the buell well had the most liquids per day?????? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Yes it is true the epi-center is Harrison county, but I for one feel the best is yet to come based on the placement of infrastructure. Large tracts are still in demand, the established leasee's are finalizing their units, securing the edges...the big boys are sizing up the leasehold and patiently waiting. I agree with Al on the percentages and on the workings of the royalty calculator.
In our educational meetings throughout Ohio and West Virginia we still preach unity, communication and facts, where ever we go, the market trend continues upward and the terms and language of lease documents improve, to the lessor's side. Keep sharing info and helping your neighbors.

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
