It looks like you have made it to Step 4 of a 12 Step Program towards recovery.

"Step 4 - Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves."

Acceptinging that you, as an Anti-Fracer, are one of the biggest "cry baby bullies" out there is an important realization and a major step in any 12 Step Program.

ahhh... poor guys...Next time instead of posting the link to the report I'll cut and paste all 64 pages of the report to my comments so you won't feel all neglected, weepy and left out. Im sooooo sorry.

Meth labs blow up houses too. One thing i've noticed from the anti drilling crowd is that they take alot of stock from reports, news articles etc. never thinking that those reports could be twisted or manipulated to fit the author or fact finders interests. When Ruffalo and Fox came to Dimock did they talk to other residents of the community? NO, Did the other protesters at Sauntners talk to neighbors right next door? NO. Truth be told they were afraid to talk to people that are actually involved with everyday life in the area because it might not fit their ideas of what's really going on. There have been groups from NY state, as well as other states, that have toured and gotten to know the everyday joes that make this area their home. They left with a different opinion and yes they also talked to people that were anti drilling. I'm not saying there haven't been problems, which there have, problems exist in every new industry that comes to town, have they been fixed, for the most part yes. I find it interesting that a Carter Rd. litigant would build a 7,000 sq ft house on land that has no usable water (according to the lawsuit) and collects royalties from the company he's in litigation with.

DEP Cites Cabot For New Gas Migration Case: Comparing Dimock & Lenox Township

On September 19th, 2011, DEP issued a notice of violation to Cabot Oil & Gas Corp for contaminating a private water well in Lenox Township in Susquehanna County.  Unlike in Dimock, the now infamous site of the first Cabot gas migration case, where no pre-gas drilling testing of the 18 private water wells most at issue was done, Cabot did test the water well in Lenox Township for methane prior to gas drilling.

The September 19th, 2011 DEP notice of violation states the pre-gas drilling water test found methane levels at 0.290 milligrams per Liter (mg/L) or very low.

Methane levels in two samples taken after gas drilling were at 49.200 mg/L on August 16th and 57.600 mg/L or dangerously high.  

These Lenox Township pre-drilling and then post-drilling test results are going to make it hard to claim or find that methane was naturally occurring or pre-existing, as Cabot did in the case of 18 water wells in Dimock that DEP found had been contaminated from 2009 to at least January 2012 by methane migration due to poor drilling.

The NOV states that inspections of three nearby gas wells found "natural gas between the various casing strings of the three wells."

http://thetimes-tribune.com/news/dep-cabot-drilling-caused-methane-.... The article includes a link to the DEP notice of violation.  Legere also writes that a DEP video, taken inside one of the suspected gas wells, showed improper construction of a casing string.

Legere's article speaks of 3 water wells being contaminated by methane.  My read of the NOV to which the story links mentions only one water well.  It is possible that separate NOVs were issued for two more water wells.

Why is this news coming to light 4 months after the NOV was issued? DEP states that the information was mistakenly not posted on the website.  

There is likely much more to follow on this story.

This is the same old discredited claptrap.

The EPA has recently educated us - informing us that that the Dimock water is safe.

You continue to bring up the same publicly discredited nonsence.

Anti-Fracers believe that if you keep repeating the same lie, eventually it will be believed. The bigger the lie, the better.

Anti-Fracers are like Cockroaches; when you see one scurrying around, you have to immediately stomp on it - otherwise the disgusting little disease carrying creatures reproduce.

Thanks for your response, Jack. Actually you give anti-fracers more credit than they are due since cockroaches are one of the most adaptable insects in our world as they have survived for millions of years on account of that adaptability. While antis are just as contemptible, they are nowhere near as intelligent as cockroaches.

Additionally, your reply will likely elicit yet another childishly indignant response from ji, as his agenda has sustained another hurtful hit to his elementary school playground demeanor.
