i don't get this.  if these gas companies spill 5 gallons anywhere its in every paper and on the national news.  here is a whole farm contaminated, animals starving and no antis or press pick this up.  not sure what is going on??????

Mark we feel like you do , we have tried over and over with no luck . I guess it's a "who you know" kinda thing. I have had a lot of response from the anti - drillers  and I am thankful for that, but I was hoping we would get some a better response from pro-drillers ,  even the oil companies, we think would not want to have this numbskull out there representing the oil and gas industry.

 I am not anti-drilling I am pro-drilling 100% when it's done correctly and legally.  

I would like to see the drilling companies be as active on this as the non drillers but I have still not seen it.  All we ever wanted was our farm protected as the law states and our lease terms followed.

It has been almost 5 years since this happen and still haven't been paid for our losses.

We have been quit on this matter hoping to get this settled and not cause any extra damage to the industry.  We want to become energy dependent too.  We know that the ones who do like what was done to us isn't done by most of them.

Just send to some environmental group and they most likely will make sure something is done...or to an animal conservation group (nationwide).. with a pic of that deer.

Yet perhaps you have already tried that.

Thank you VG . I have spoken to a lot of different people . There is someone who wants to write a book on this story and  I have been approached about a documentary also . This really isn't what I have been looking for . I want justice for the environmental crime that has been committed to my organic medicinal plant farm and protected wildlife area , paid for my losses and Mr. Dumper not to be able to do this to any one else .

I am a forestry member and a member of rural action - that is a non or limited  foresting organization that promotes health forests that provides income without timbering by planting as I did medicinal plants that now have been exterminated by the frac fluid .The amount that was taken from us was HUGE . It was to be part of my retirement but what the heck I'll just have to work the rest of my life .

I hear retirement isn't what it's cracked up to be . 

I am not out to harm this industry or anyone that wants to lease there land  but rather promote the way that the O-G companies here now are taking great care to protect our resources unlike the PIRATE that got me and as Jim Shoo put it to be very educated so the rest of us don't find out the hard way .

Jim must know how some of the operators act under the cover of darkness or when no one's looking .Again thanks for the tip on educating ourselves !
