Mt Jackson landowner's group lease

Does anyone have opinions about the Mt Jackson group that has formed in the northern beaver/southern lawrence county areas? Do you think the fee structure of 5% commission for a paid up lease is a bit much? If you have 100 to 200 acres, it can be quite a bit!

I got paid on one of my leases, waiting on the other one now, fingers crossed. So far they were a great company to deal with.
