We have a well going in near us, does anyone know if they have to file a plat with their
declaration of pooled units? how would I find it?

Yes they have to file a plat with ODNR and if you have a good internet connection you can find it here.. http://www.dnr.state.oh.us/tabid/23583/Default.aspx under Oil & Gas Locations and just zoom into the area of interest on the map. You will have to turn on the well layers. If you know who the driller is you can find it from the online database.. don't have the link handy.
