Spectra pipeline is ?

Spectra pipeline will start in monroe county through Harrison county into Jefferson county and will connect to pipeline  some where in Steubenville. Spectra will follow the electric power lines , very smart thinking on their part . Its look like a 36" pipe line . This is what I know so far .

here is the map Spectra sent me, the guy said either 30 or 36 he was not sure. it is going to the Scio plant that is being built in Harrison Co

talked to Spectra Rep this morning ; they have change their pipeline route in Harrison County , something because of Hopedale would be a tight fit. But the first plan is not out of the question as they change weekly he tolded me .
