are mineral leases still bein bought in tuscaraws county?

i live in tusc.ohio and was wondering if they are still buying mineral leases in that area.and what the offer is per acre?

Depending on the area, I can think of at least one company still buying leases in Tusc.

i have only heard of one and that is chesapeake,but the offers are very different from persom to person

thanks kenny,do you happen to know what they our offering as bonuses?because this is different from person too person,i just want to have  as much info as i can get.i havegotten one offer so far
