Mark West and pipelines etc.

With Gulfport doing work in the corner of Harrison Co. and Guernsey Co. and now getting a deal signed with Mark West Co. for midstream infrastructure. What are you hearing about possible pipelines or other construction. What about purposed wells looks like shortly there will be a way to get the gas and NGL's seperated and to market. Lets keep each other informed and I thank you in advance!!

Read the post on the Harrison Co. site entitled Contacted by Mark West for pipeline easment in Harrison County.  In it one states they want to build a 20 inch line from Londonderry Twp. to their facility in Cadiz.  Also supposedly a offer of $130.00 per linear foot for the right of way.   What do you think this all means?

Has anybody heard of a pipeline company by the name of EQT? I heard they were walking some land recently in Guernsey IF so, what are they offering.. Also, is it true that pipeline companies can exercise their right to eminent domain
