Devon's New Well Results, Analysis

it seems they are investing alot of money on siesmic lines and the monitoring patches for them to hit another bust. Although it is very possible

Me too. Sensibaugh 1H is dozens of miles south of Eichelberger 1H and Richman Farms 1H so there's no reason they would be the same necessarily.

I hope this is true. My experience is that a lot of these rumors are true.
