Numbering of gas wells

We are in a unit with 5 wells on a pad, two have just started producing.  I was checking out the numbered wells and we have a 1H, 2H, 3H, 5H, and 6H., which in all is 5 wells.  My question is ....... why isnt there a number 4 horizontal?

probably #4 was canned due to poor subsurface geology.

Or lease issues - if the operator didn't have a perfect rectangle or was otherwise missing some parcels of land.

Could be a number of different reasons really.
