News on Permits?

My siblings have some acreage off of Wayne Bridge Road about 1/2 a mile (South) past Dungannon Road. Does anyone have any news about planned activity in this area? We had a traditional lease with Enervest who I am told sold it to Chesapeake. Is a permit in the works for any land close by? Any news would be helpful thanks

I've only heard talk about pipelines down that way but you never know.
