I have been  at  two  land action  in the last 6 weeks, both where on the north side of Rt 22  Guernsey county  ,Center township . If I remember right  around $ 3000 per acre  with out the mineral rights .

 I have been at 2 auctions  the last 6 weeks on the north  and south  side of Rt 22 in Guernsey county , Center town ship and Madison  If I remember right the price without mineral rights around $ 3000 per ac and with out any buildings .
